	This photo was taken by my late Grandfather, E.G. "Glen" Amos in October of 1962 of the original goose at Wawa, Ontario. In later years this goose was moved to one of the local motels (Wawa Motor?) and replaced with a bigger goose made of steel. Another long cold northern Ontario winter is on its way on this gloomy and cold October day as the goose looks to the northwest.
